Bee Sting listed as one of Australia's top 20 beers On July 8th, Melbourne Herald's beer guru Greg Thorn listed his top 20 Australian Beers. Bee Sting was the only honey beer to make the list. Greg's description we feel was very accurate. "A beautifully understated, slightly cloudy 5 per cent honey wheat beer that rewards drinkers with the subtlest hint of orange blossom honey in taste and smell" Click here for full article. Organic Ale ready for national release After over a year of development in which we sought input from world renowned Chefs, Sommeliers, Wine Makers and Food Critics we have released our newest brew, our Organic Ale. This beer is organic due to the use certified organic malt and hops. However it is also organic because it has organically changed over the last 18 months into a wonderfully bold, robust and fragrant ale thanks to thousands of comments made by beer lovers such as yourself.
